April is National Poetry Month. In celebration, check out  “An Untitled Poem on Leadership” that was submitted and performed by winning group (Dylan, Jonathan, & Ricky) during the S3 Poster Project Competition (8th Annual Soft Skills for STEM Lessons Workshop 2024).

In the world of leadership, where visionaries dwell
They navigate storms, with stories to tell.
With courage and wisdom, they char the course,
Inspiring the team, with unyielding force.

They’re mentors and guides in times of need,
Their leadership shines, in word and in deed.
With words that lift and dreams that soar,
They paint a path to strive for more.

Through doubts and fears, they light the way,
Guiding towards a brighter day.
With hope as anchor, faith and guide,
In persuasion’s glow, we’ll surely abide.
